Jodi Helgeson has been the Adams County Register of Deeds since 1995. She served as the state president of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association 2004-2005 and as President of the Wisconsin Land Information Association from 2008-2009 and has received the Allen H Miller Sustained Service Award from WLIA. She is a licensed title insurance agent, holds a paralegal certificate and a Certificate in Public Management from UW Madison. She is actively involved with the Property Records Industry Association.
