Peter Menet is the co-founder and CEO of Menet Aero, Inc., one of the first companies in the nation to be approved by the FAA to perform commercial Small Unmanned Aerial System (SUAS) services. Peter is a military aviator with over 1,600 hours in the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter and is also a qualified RQ-11 Raven SUAS operator. Menet is a veteran of two overseas deployments and has conducted manned and unmanned aviation operations all over the globe. He worked for Air Wisconsin Airlines, a regional airline operator for US Airways, American Airlines, and United Airlines; Oshkosh Corporation and was a partner in a web development business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from UW-Oshkosh and a master’s degree in project management from UW-Platteville. Menet Aero gained approval by the FAA to legally provide commercial SUAS services in July 2015 and has been steadily building a strong reputation among companies looking to work with legal, experienced SUAS experts.
